We ship skis, snowboards, and gear anywhere in the U.S. with fast, reliable service and flat-rate shipping. Most orders go out within 1–2 business days from our Colorado Springs shop. Need to make a return? No problem. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Our goal is to make sure you’re stoked with your purchase. If something’s off, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping Information
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Sometimes we have to ship items in separate packages, so if you receive part of your order, please wait 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order before contacting us. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order.
Any shipping delays not alerted to you in the ordering process will be communicated to you within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
Shipping Times:
To determine when you will receive your order, please add 1-2 business days for order processing to the appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping you have chosen at checkout. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days if you have selected to have your equipment tuned before it is shipped to you. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We‘ll keep your order for several days so you can come get it at a convenient time
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the warehouse.
Our 8-Point Gear Inspection
Every ski and snowboard goes through our 8-Point Gear Inspection before it ever leaves the shop. From base condition to binding safety and DIN settings, our service tech team checks every detail for safety, performance, and durability. We even verify each order and destination before shipping, so you can buy with total confidence.

Edges Checked & Rust-Free: Checked for rust, smooth finish, and safety.
Base Condition: No core shots or edge separation; PTEX repairs done if needed.
Binding Function Test: Inspected for wear, safety, and release integrity.
DIN & Binding Settings: Double-checked for accuracy and skier safety.
Structural Integrity: Skis/boards checked for cracks, delamination, or warping.
Topsheet Review: Only cosmetic blemishes pass; no structural issues allowed. Epoxy is applied to prevent further damage if necessary
Final Tune Option: Wax and stone grind available for the best glide.
Order & Shipping Verification: Every order is reviewed for correct gear, destination, and packaging before it ships.
Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in every item that we sell, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you in a prompt refund, exchange, or store credit.
Our return and exchange policy is listed below: Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of the date the item was delivered. Items that have been used or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return. Closeout and final sale items, as marked, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You must receive a Return Authorization Number from us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or opened. If you have questions, please email info@snowsportsoutlet.com before shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they choose our optional $7.99 Free Returns add-on during checkout.
If selected, this option allows you to return your item without any out-of-pocket return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, and for higher-value items, consider adding insurance to protect your return in case of loss or damage.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us so we can provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
Used items purchased in-person at our retail shop, Rocky Mountain Ski and Sport, can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for an item of equal or greater value. New items that have not been used may be returned within 7 business days for a full refund. New items that have been used can be returned within 7 days, less a restocking fee of 35 percent. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is significantly worn or damaged. All items being exchanged must be in resellable condition. All sales are final.
