Get Fitted:
Visit our store before Dec 1st for a professional fitting to ensure your gear fits perfectly and performs optimally. DON’T WAIT, our season rentals sell out every season!

Return at Season’s End:

Rocky Mountain Ski & Sport, we know snow and want everyone to be able to afford to be out on the mountain, so that’s why our season rental program offers the best value and newest equipment available in Colorado Springs! For a low flat rental rate, you get to keep the ski or snowboard gear all season long, and we will keep it waxed, tuned, and ready to rip for the entire season. Season rental pick-up starts in mid-August, and must be returned by April 20th. Need your gear after April 20th? No problem – we offer a late-season return for $25 that allows you to keep the gear until May 18th. SEASON RENTALS ARE DUE BACK ON APRIL 20, 2025 UNLESS YOU OPTED FOR AN EXTENSION. IF YOU DID OPT FOR THE $25 EXTENSION, YOUR GEAR WILL BE DUE BACK ON MAY 23, 2025.

**A NOTE ABOUT KIDS GEAR: We carry kid’s rental snowboard equipment for kids with shoe sizes ranging from 12T to Size 6 Kids, and who weigh less than 125 lbs. Kid’s snowboard sizes range from 80cm to 130cm. Children who require adult gear, regardless of age, will be charged the adult rate.
Rental Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, it must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation pick-up in order to receive a full refund. Reservations that are canceled within less than 24 hours of their pick-up date are only eligible for a credit that can be used for another date. We do offer full refunds/rain checks when resorts close for the entire day due to severe weather, but this information must be confirmed prior to a refund being issued. Once gear is issued no credit or refund can be offered unless the entire resort is closed for the day due to severe weather and must be confirmed by a staff member prior to a refund being issued.
Damage Insurance: Damage insurance will cover up to $120 in total repair costs or 15% of the replacement cost for a lost, stolen, or unrepairable item. Any expense that exceeds these limits must be paid by the customer. Replacement costs for rental skis typically range from $200 to $1,000+, while snowboards range from $250 to $800+.
Examples of repair costs include: Top sheet damage caused by the skis banging into each other or misuse: $30 – $300+; Base damage caused by hitting rocks/roots: $10 – $150+; Broken Bindings: $200+; Bent or compressed edge: $35 – $200+
