We’re a bunch of snow-loving, fun-seeking, nature-loving, human beings who are all about the slopes and the simple pleasures of life. United by our love for the mountains, we believe in living life to the fullest and sharing the stoke of shredding the gnar.

Our mission is simple: make snow sports accessible to everyone and recycle gear to keep the stoke alive. We’re all about supporting our Shred Head community, trying new things, and ensuring you find what about the sport brings you joy. Honest customer service is what we’re all about – from first-timers to pros, we’re here to help. We believe in transparency and will never push you into something you do not feel fully comfortable doing. We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and happy out on the hill.

Why do we love working at Rocky Mountain Ski & Sport? Because we’ve got the raddest crew around! Our shop is always buzzing with good vibes and joy, thanks to the awesome people we get to meet – whether they’ve been skiing forever or are just starting out. Everyone who walks in is passionate about the sport, and we’re stoked to help them gear up.

What really feeds the stoke for us? Helping you understand your gear and seeing that excitement when you learn something new about skiing or snowboarding. We love helping you find the perfect gear for more fun on the mountain – like boots that fit just right or answering your tricky questions. It is so fun to learn about the mountains people love to ride, and giving new trail tips or delicious food finds that are easy to keep in a pocket. 

We’re big on animals too, so you’ll often find some furry friends in the shop. We support One Dog at a Time with fostering and donations, and our passion for the environment shows in our clean shop (don’t mind the smell of vinegar here and there when you walk in, if you know, you know) and recycled materials.

We might not be perfect, but our love for snow sports drives us to give you the best experience every day.
